دکتر کری گرییر در سال 1995 در ژاپن موسسه ویراستاری ادانز را تاسیس نمودند. ایشان پس از گذشت چند سال موسسه ادانز را به مشهورترین و شناخته شده ترین موسسه ی ارائه دهنده ی امکانات زبان انگلیسی به محققین و دانشمندان سراسر دنیا تبدیل ساختند. همچنین گروه شرکتهای آقای گرییر به عنوان بزرگترین ارائه دهندگان سمینارهای علمی در جهان، در مورد نحوه ی نگارش و انتشار مقالات در سرتاسر دنیا مشغول فعالیت می باشند. ادانز منشکل از تیمی از 400 ویراستار مستقر در 14 کشور مختلف و 60 کارمند ارائه دهنده ی خدمات به نویسندگان مقالات در ژاپن و چین می باشد.

دکتر کریس بندال
دکترکریس بندال از سال 2006 به عنوان سردبیر ارشد در موسسه بین المللی انتشاراتی اسپرینگر که از بزرگترین و برجسته ترین انتشارات علمی دنیا می باشد مشغول به فعالیت میباشند. ایشان دکترای خود را در زمینه شیمی زمین شناسی از دانشگاه JWC دریافت کرده اند. وی در سال 2006 برای مدیریت برنامه ی Earth Science به موسسه اسپرینگر پیوست و از سال 2010 مسئول بررسی نشریات برجسته ی خاورمیانه و انتشار اینترنتی آنها در سطح بین المللی و تحت لیسانس مجلات Global Science گردید.
Dr. Chris Bendall
Dr. Chris Bendall is a Senior Editor at Springer Science and Business Media, one of the world’s leading scientific publishers, where he is responsible for the development of publication partnerships in the Middle East. He originally trained as a geologist at Games Cook University in Australia and worked as an Exploration Geologist before completing a PhD focused on Isotope Geochemistry at JWC University Frankfurt, Germany. Dr. Bendall joined Springer in 2006 to help manage their Earth Science program before re-focusing on the Middle East in 2010 and developing Springer’s new Open Access journal hosting platform Global Science Journals.
دکتر حسن ظهور
دکترحسن ظهور در بهمن 1323 در اصفهان متولد شد. او مدرک دکترای تخصصی درمهندسی مکانیک وگواهینامه فوق دکترای خود را از دانشگاه پردو آمریکا دریافت کرد. وی هم اکنون استاد نمونه دانشگاه صنعتی شریف؛ عضو پیوسته، دبیر فرهنگستان علوم و دبیر امور مشترک فرهنگستانهای جمهوری اسلامی ایران و سردبیر نشریه مهندسی مکانیک ساینتیا ایرانیکا است. او تألیف بیش از 400 مقاله علمی به صورت فردی یا جمعی را عهده دار بوده است. همچنین مدیریت بیش از 30 طرح پژوهشی را بر عهده داشته و یک اختراع در پردوآمریکا به ثبت رسانده است. او بیش از180 پایان نامه و رساله را نیز راهنمایی کرده است.
وی مؤسس و راهانداز دانشگاه پیام نور و طراح برنامه جامع و گسترش آن دانشگاه و رئیس دانشگاه پیام نور، رئیس گروه علوم مهندسی فرهنگستان علوم، معاون امور زیربنایی سازمان برنامه و بودجه کشور، رئیس مؤسسه پژوهش و برنامهریزی آموزش عالی و معاون آموزشی وزارت فرهنگ و آموزش عالی بوده و همچنین سرپرستی دانشگاه الزهرا، و ریاست دانشگاه شیراز را در سوابق کاری خود داشته است.
او دو جایزه راس اید از دانشگاه پردو دریافت کرده است. همچنین وی استاد نمونه آموزش عالی کشور و منتخب اولین همایش چهره های ماندگار بوده و فرهنگستان علوم جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز از او تجلیل کرده است. جایزه بهترین مقاله توسط انجمن مهندسان مکانیک آمریکا و لوح زرین دانشگاه پیام نور به او اهدا شده و از وی در کنفرانس شورای بین المللی آموزش باز و از راه دور نیز تجلیل به عمل آمده است. نامبرده به عنوان استاد برجسته چهلمین سال تاسیس دانشگاه صنعتی شریف و همچنین به عنوان استاد برجسته مهندسی مکانیک توسط انجمن مهندسان مکانیک ایران انتخاب شده، و چندین جایزه دیگر نیز دریافت کرده است.
Professor Hassan Zohoor
Professor Hassan Zohoor has received his PhD from Purdue University, USA, and spent his postdoctoral time at the same university. Currently he is Distinguished Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology, Academician and Secretary of The Academy of Sciences of IR Iran (IAS), and also Section Editor, Scientia Iranica, Transaction B, Elsevier Editorial System.
He has been the author or co-author of over 400 scientific papers. He has conducted more than thirty research funded projects. He holds one patent approved by the Office of Patent Management, Purdue Research Foundation, USA. He has also supervised over 180 graduate theses.
He was the founder, president and developer of principal codes and regulations of Payame Noor University. He was also Head, Department of Engineering Sciences, IAS; Deputy for Infrastructure Affairs, Budget and Planning Organization of Iran; Head, Institute of Research and Planning in Higher Education; Academic Vice-Minister, Ministry of Science and Higher Education; Acting President, Alzahra University; and President, Shiraz University.
He was the recipient of Top two Ross Ade Awards at Purdue University; Award of Distinguished Professor; the Lasting Personalities Award in Iran; Honor Plate as the most competent fellow, IAS; Best Paper Award Competition Finalist by American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME); Honor Ceremony by International Council for Open and Distance Education (ICDE) International Conference, for long contribution to the Distance Education and Open Learning, India; Golden Plate of Payame Noor University for the best contribution to Open and Distance Education; Honor Plate as a Distinguished Professor by Sharif University of Technology at its 40th Establishment Anniversary; Honor Plate as a Distinguished Professor in Mechanical Engineering by, Iranian Society of Mechanical Engineers (ISME); and several other honor plates and awards
دکتر وارن ری
دکتر وارن ری در سال 2005 با مدرک PhD در رشته ی ویروس شناسی مولکولی از دانشگاه Murdoch در استرالیا فارغ التحصیل گردید. ایشان محقق، سخنران، استاد، نویسنده و ویراستار با تجربه ای است. دکتر ری به دلیل دارا بودن بیش از 10 سال تجربه در بخش تحقیق و آموزش و نیز عضویت فعال در انجمن بین المللی تحقیقات Stem Cell و انجمن علوم هسته ای استرالیا، دارای توانایی ها و تجربیات آموزشی و تحقیقاتی گسترده ای می باشند.
دکتر ری در سال 2009 به عنوان ویراستار با گروه بین المللی Edanz مشغول کار گردید و در سال 2010 به عنوان استاد و ویراستار ارشد برگزیده گردید. وی سپس به ارائه سمینارهای آموزشی به محققین و نویسندگانی که زبان مادریشان زبان انگلیسی نیست در سرتاسر دنیا پرداخت. ایشان برای ایراد سخنرانی و ارائه آموزش به کشورهای ژاپن، چین، کره، عربستان سعودی، برزیل، ترکیه وهند دعوت شدهاند. کارگاه های آموزشی ایشان به معرفی مبانی چاپ و نشر علمی و آموزش کلیهی مراحل نگارش یک مقاله تا دریافت قبولی چاپ آن میپردازد. وی همچنین علاوه بر تدابیر عملی لازم برای چاپ سریع و موفق یک مقاله، در زمینه ی استانداردهای حرفهای لازم برای مکالمات و ارتباطات علمی بینالمللی نیز راهنمایی هایی به شرکتکنندگان ارائه مینماید.
Dr. Warren Raye
Warren Raye graduated from Murdoch University (Australia) in 2005 with a PhD in molecular virology. He is an experienced researcher, lecturer, teacher writer and editor. Dr. Raye has strong scientific and technical qualifications with over 10 years experience in the education and research sectors, and current active memberships of the International Society of Stem Cell Research, and Australian Neuroscience Society.
Dr. Raye began working as a freelance editor with Edanz Group in early 2009, before moving to Japan in November 2010 to serve as Senior Life Sciences Editor & Trainer.
Dr. Raye gives training and education seminars for authors whose first language is not English to improve their manuscript writing. He has been invited to present workshops across Japan, China, Korea, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Brazil, Turkey and India. His workshops cover the basics of scientific publishing and the entire process of writing and getting a manuscript accepted. Topics covered will include: preparing yourself for the writing process; basic study design; selecting the right journal; structuring journal and book manuscripts; language that clearly communicates your research; and responding to peer review comments. In addition to practical advice for speedy and successful publication, through his seminars Dr Raye gives guidance on the professional standards required for international scientific communication.
کریستین عباچی
سرکار خانم کریستین عباچی مدرک لیسانس ادبیات انگلیسی خود را در سال 1974 از دانشگاه ردلند انگلستان دریافت نمودند.
ایشان دارای بیش از 25 سال تجربه در آموزش و ویراستاری زبان انگلیسی میباشند, همچنین در سمت ویراستار فنی در مجلات مختلف علمی از جمله ساینتیا ایرانیکا و مجله ی علمی پژوهشی شریف (از زمان تاسیس مجله ی ساینتیا و شریف) مشغول به فعالیت میباشند.
C.Y. Abachi
Christine Abachi (née Massey) received a BA degree in education and literature in 1974 from Redlands College, Bristol, UK. She has had over 25 years of experience in the teaching, composition, and editing of the English language, including Copy Editing of English language tracts and articles for release in various academic publications, including Scientia Iranica, an international scientific journal published by the Office of International and Scientific Cooperation at Sharif University of Technology in Iran.
رویا تویسرکانی
خانم رویا تویسرکانی مدرک لیسانس خود را در رشته زبان و ادبیات انگلیسی در سال 1372 از دانشگاه شهید بهشتی دریافت و از همان سال به‌عنوان نمونه‌خوان و صفحه‌آرای نشریه بینالمللی Scientia Iranica همکاری خود را با دانشگاه صنعتی شریف آغاز کرد و در سال 1373 به‌عنوان مدیر تولید نشریه‌ی یادشده برگزیده شد که همکاری وی در این سمت تاکنون ادامه دارد. در این راستا، مدیریت و هماهنگی تمامی مراحل تولید از حروفچینی تا چاپ کاغذی، و نیز نظارت بر عملکرد گروه تولید و ویراستاری فنی در حوزه‌ی مسئولیت ایشان است. وی همچنین از سال 1390 Elsevier را در تولید مجازی نشریه پشتیبانی می‌کند. خانم تویسرکانی در کنار فعالیت‌های شغلی خود به کار ترجمه‌ی کتب و مقالاتی نیز پرداخته است.
R. Touiserkani
Roya Touiserkani received a BA degree in English language and literature in 1993 from Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran. For the past 18 years, she has been Publication Manager and Copy Editor for the international scientific journal, Scientia Iranica. Her responsibilities in this field include supervision of the regional publishing staff and the production team of Elsevier publishing company in online publication of Scientia Iranica.
دکتر عبدالرضا سیمچی
Dr. Abdolreza (Arash) Simchi holds BS (1991), MS (1993) and PhD (2001; with collaboration with Vienna University of Technology, Austria) in Materials Science ad Engineering (MSE) from Sharif University of Technology (SUT, I.R. Iran). SUT is ranked as the best university in teaching and research in Engineering Science in Iran, listed among the top 5% universities in Asia, and ranked as #148 in the world. He was a Visiting Researcher at the Vienna University of Technology in the period of 1998-1999 and employed at Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing and Advanced Materials IFAM (Bremen, Germany) during 1999-2001 as a Research Scientist and in the summers of 2004 to 2008 as a Visiting Professor. He is the fellow of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (Bonn, Germany) and holds the 2002 Kawrazmi International Award (the highest national award) and World Intellectual Property Award (as the best young inventor, United Nation Organization). In 2008, his research was recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and appreciated as Distinguished Researcher by the Mr. President. He has also received the prestigious Royal Society Fellowship (UK) to visit Imperial College London as an Academic Visitor in 2009. He is ranked by The Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council as Top Ten (rank #4) in nanoscience and nanotechnology among 2650 active professors and researchers in basic science, engineering, and medicine and thus achieved Nano Award 2009 from the Vice President in Science and Technology. The activities of Dr. Simchi are in the broad area of nanostructured materials, metal matrix composites and nanocomposites, nanoparticles, nanoceramics, biomaterials, and functional materials. During the last 8 years, he has been the author and co-author of two books, four patents and about 200 papers which have been cited many times (average citation per journal paper >10; h index=20). He was the General Chair of the 2nd Conference on Nanostructures (NS2008) which was held in Kish Island, I.R. Iran in March 2008 (~460 pages proceedings). He is the Editor of Scientia Nanotechnology, which is an international journal that publishes original papers at the forefront of nanoscience and nanotechnology. He is also the guest-editor of the special issues of the International Journal of Nanotechnology (IJNT) and International Journal of Nanomanufacturing (IJNM) for the selected papers of the NS2008.
